    Just Kidding Something I picked up years ago. Seems the Nazis`s had a pin , badge and medal for everything

        I think Chris is having a joke with us. I don't think there is any connection with the Third Reich at all with this peice. The swastika is more likely present as a good luck symbol.

              I am with Ade on this one, unless there is an inscription on the reverse of the piece that says otherwise? I would have thought the Kegel broach is from around 1900 and swastikas were used during that time as a good luck charm in various countries...unless the swastika was added to the piece by some, somewhere at a later stage and for whatever reason?                 Trying to do alittle research on this pin and was able to find that the Germans did play a version of bowling using 9 pins. It was played in Australia as well by ethnic Germans who brought it there in the early 1900`s. It was called Kegeln.
